Returns and Refund Policy

1. Exchange Eligibility: Jewellery purchased from GN Jewellers can be exchanged provided the product is in its original condition and the original invoice is presented.

2. Damaged Products: Exchanges are not permitted if the product is damaged or if stones are missing.

3. Exchange Period: Exchanges can be made within 7 days of purchase for the full amount paid,provided the jewellery is unused and undamaged.

4. Deduction of Charges: Value Addition (VA) and making charges will be deducted from the amount paid, and the remaining value will be adjusted as follows:

  • Gold (Net Weight): At the prevailing market price
  • Diamonds: 100% of value
  • Un-Cut Diamonds: 85% of value
  • Precious Stones: 85% of value
  • Kundan: 80% of value after deducting making and VA charges
  • Victorian: 70% of value after deducting making and VA charges
  • Platinum: 70% of the value after deducting making and VA charges
  • Pearls: Pearls can be exchanged for pearls within 3 months

5. No Cash Refunds:

  • No cash refunds will be provided. Customers must select another product for the full value of the item being exchanged.
  • No refund of money is allowed under any circumstances under this jewellery Booking Scheme, and the amount which you want to pre close will be adjusted on your invoice value.

6. Exclusions: No exchange or refund is available for semi-precious stones, cubic zirconium,birthstones, beads, and silver alloy-studded products.

7. Policy Changes: GN Jewellers reserves the right to modify this exchange procedure at any time without prior notice.
